Refund policy
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME Our store offers the option to return purchased merchandise in accordance with applicable consumer protection standards for online retail. You have the right to request a return at any time before the product is delivered. Once the product has been delivered, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be of merchantable quality and meet the following criteria:

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order confirmation email or invoice).
2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly. To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer support team at sales@zendostore.com.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address.

Note: Returns sent to an address other than the one provided by our support team may not be accepted.
3. REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Amount: We will reimburse the full cost of the product. However, original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment used for the initial transaction.
4. ITEM CONDITION REQUIREMENTS The customer is obligated to return products in the exact state in which they were delivered. This includes:

Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its box/packaging.

Documents: Any manuals, warranty cards, or documents included in the delivery must be returned.

Condition: We do not accept returns for products that show physical changes, such as hits, chipping, scratches, shocks, signs of excessive use, or unauthorized interventions/repairs.
Only items with manufacturing defects are exempt from the condition requirements regarding "original state," provided the defect is reported immediately upon discovery.
